Description
Screen where an auditor can conduct audits of selected progress notes.
Access
The user identified as auditor, accesses the application with his username that would be "Audit" and the designated password. In order to use this screen, pre-configuration is required.
Configuration
In order for progress notes to display on this screen, an authorized user must select them. This action can be performed on the Settings / General / Progress Note Audit sceen.
Sections
Buttons
- Select All: Allows to select all progress notes, which are displayed on the screen.
- Include Dem: When pressed, it allows you to print the report of the patient's demographic information.
- Print: When pressed, it allows the display of the progress note to be printed.
- Export: When pressed, it allows you to save the progress notes that are selected in PDF format, in another location.
- Encryptor: Allows to encrypt a file or file folder with clinical data.
- Documents: Formerly known as "Images", where all the documents and images of the patient are displayed.
- Order Results: Displays all the patient's order results.
- Procedures: Displays all the patient's procedures.
- Medications: Displays all the patient's active medications.
- Exit: Closes screen.
- Table: Displays all the progress notes assigned to audit.
