Use to send suggestions that will help us improve the application.


Access


From Main Menu
  • In the Main Menu screen, select the Provide Feedback option located on the header toolbar.

From Classic Menu

  • In the Classic Menu screen, select the Provide Feedback option located on the header toolbar. 


Sections

  • Email / Correo Electrónico: Register user's email. 
  • Phone / Teléfono: Register user's phone number. 
  • Version / Versión: Select version from the menu. (Optional)
  • Subject / Título: Entry that best describes your suggestion or area to which it applies (i.e. Patient Details, Appointments, Procedures, etc.). Upon exiting this field, an automated search will be conducted against all of the articles in our database that may relate to your entry.

  • Description / Description: Write the details of your suggestion (Try to be as specific as possible).
  • Attach File: Attach additional documents or images, if required.
  • Submit: Once finished, click on the Submit button to send the suggestion.
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel suggestion.

All suggestions will be analyzed to determine their applicability and benefit of ALL of our clients. If a suggestion is developed and adopted, it will be listed as a change, enhancement or added functionality in a pre-release message to clients. Also, its important to note that this functionality does NOT replace our customer service center.
