Description

Screen used to document the details of past deliveries, including abortions.


Access 

 

Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Deliver button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Delivery button: Click on Settings button, on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Delivery button item, from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click on the Save button, in order to store changes. The Side Bar panel, will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: On the Advanced Progress Note screen, click the Ob Summary link in the Patient Dashboard section. Or click on the More button, located on the left side of the Ob Summary text and select the Open Full Page option. Then, press the Deliveries button, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Isn't the section?: In the Advanced Progress Note / Settings / List Section Settings, in the column called Available, select the option called OB Summary and drag to the column called Current Sections and press the Save button. When you return to the Advanced Progress Note screen, you will find the OB Summary section.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the OB Summary button.

Buttons

  • Add: Allows to record information of the past pregnancies. The following option will be displayed:    
    • DOB: Date of birth. (If applicable.)
    • Type of Pregnancy: (Single, Spontaneous Abortion, Induced Abortion, Ectopic, Twins, Triplets, Multiple ,Dead)
    • Weeks and Days: Duration of pregnancy.
    • Place: Where the pregnancy or abortion occurred.
    • Delivery Type: Cesarean, Vaginal or Surgery. 
    • Anesthesia: Spinal, Epidural, General. (If applicable.)
    • Notes: Free text space. 
    • Pre-term (true / false): Select if the pregnancy was a pre-term.
  • Edit: Allows to edit a pregnancy or abortion. 
  • Deactivate: Allows to deactivate a selected pregnancy or abortion. 
  • Cancel: Allows you to cancel any changes made, after having pressed the Add button. 
  • Save: Save changes in screen. 
  • Previous: Return to previous screen.
  • Filters: Toggle between Active, Inactive or All deliveries.
  • Delivery Child Details: Details of delivery entries.


Buttons

  • Add Child: Add date of birth, height, weight, type of delivery and diagnosis.
