Description
Used to maintain a record of menstrual periods.
Access
Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Menstrual History button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Menstrual History button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Menstrual History item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Menstrual History button.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Menstrual History link, located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the Add button, located next to the link.

Buttons
- Print: Allows to print the menstrual history report.
- Add: Allows to register the menstrual history.
- Edit: Allows to edit the selected menstrual history.
- Deactivate: Allows to deactivate the selected menstrual history.
- Previous: Allows to close screen.
- Menstrual History Grid: Displays saved records.
- Chart: Graphs the length of menstrual periods.
- Last Menstrual Period Date: Allows to register the last day of the patient's last menstrual period. (Required)
- Duration: Time of duration of the menstrual period. (Required)
- Pain Level: Menstrual period pain level.
- No Menstrual Period: Allows to register if the patient does not have a menstrual period.
- Since: Allows to register the date dorm when patient does not have her menstrual period.
- Reason: Allows to register the reason why patient does not have a menstrual period.
- Notes: Allows to write a note related to the menstrual period.
