Description

Screen used to complete difficulty or confidence assessments during a physical therapy evaluation or follow-up.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Optimal Instrument button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Optimal Instrument button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Optimal Instrument item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Optimal Instrument button.



Sections


Buttons:

  • Add: Depending on the selected type of instrument, allows to select the corresponding alternatives.
  • Edit: Allows to edit a selected alternative. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel any changes made in screen. 
  • Delete: Allows to delete a selected optimal instrument. 
  • Print: Allows to print the optimal instruments. 
  • Previous: Allows to close screen.


  • Type: Select between Confidence Baseline or the Difficulty Baseline. 
  • History: Previous evaluations.
