Screen used to document a Physical Exam for a patient.

Configuration

There are several ways to configure or modify the established configuration of these options.  It's important to note that the configuration of these options are "User" specific.

• On the Clinical Evaluation screen: Right click on any of the sections to add, delete or edit entries.
• From the Settings module: Click on the Clinical Templates option of the Clinical menu.  Right click on any of the sections to add, delete or edit entries.
• Template Store: Select the Template Store option in the Main Menu to download and install additional Clinical Evaluation options. For more information see: How to download clinical evaluation options in Template Store?

Sections

• Apply Normal: Press to automatically check all options configured to auto apply as Normal Values. These options are pre-configured but can be edited here: Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates.
• Search: Search for content in any of the options grids.
• 4 Grids: Display up to 4 levels of evaluation options.
