Screen used to manage the patients Problem List

 



Sections

  • Buttons
    • ICD 10: Diagnosis code converter screen. Allows to change the ICD 9 codes to ICD 10. 
    • Review Selected: Press to refresh the Last Update Date of the selected diagnosis. This action will refresh the last update date that appears at the bottom of the Problem List screen for each diagnosis code. This is an important action in maintaining the patient's problem list (Meaningful Use Measure - MUC003 (Stage 1)).
    • No known Problems: Press, if there are no active diagnosis in the problem list (Meaningful Use Measure - MUC003 (Stage 1)).
    • Add
    • Edit: Edit the selected diagnosis.
    • Previous: Returns to the previous screen.

  • Filters [Status]: Toggle between Active, Inactive, Resolved or All diagnosis.
  • Right Click for the following options 


  • Set SNOMED: Displays SNOMED codes associated with the selected diagnosis. 
  • Edit / Modify: Edit the selected diagnosis.
  • Open Order Set: Opens the Order Set for the selected diagnosis, if configured.
  • Show Code Mappings: Displays all ICD-9, ICD-10 and SNOMED options for the selected diagnosis.
  • More Information
    • Medline Plus Connect: (Via your Web Browser) Opens to display information related to the selected diagnosis.
    • Education Handout:  Access the education materials thet were configured for the selected diagnosis. Configured here: Settings / Clinical / Education Handouts / Edit Mapping.
  • Convert to ICD10/ICD9: Convert to ICD9.
  • Convert Selected to ICD10
  • Display Grid: Displays the diagnosis attached to the patient record (Toggle between Active, Inactive, Resolved or All).
    • : Opens the Dx history screen.

    • Doble click: By pressing double click over the diagnosis will display the Order Set asociated with the diagnosis.

  • Last Update by: User that last updated the diagnosis.
  • Last Update Date


Edit Screen Details


  • Status: [Active. Inactive, Resolved]
  • Date Changed
  • Date Added
  • Relation with: Identify if related to another diagnosis on the Problem List.
  • Search (SNOMED)
  • Problem Notes
