Introduction

Several options are available on the Side Bar of the progress note screen primarily for the specialties of Psychiatry and Psychology. These options are: Custom Evaluation and Evaluation Forms.

• Custom Evaluation

   (Evaluation Types): Used to create additional patient evaluation options. These areas are customized based on the providers type and scope of their practice.

• Evaluation Form

  : Used to complete questionnaires, including scoring guidelines and instructions.
