Important Note:

Patients will be displayed on main menu, if they are registered in the "Appointment" screen as arrived.


  • Go to "Main Menu". 

  • Select the patient from the panel located on the left side of the screen. 


  • Press a double click over the selected patient. Then select the "Progress Note Template" that will used, for the patient's clinical evaluation. 
  • The selected progress note will be automatically displayed. 
    • Meaning of following icons: 
      • Close: Patient has been evaluated by provider and progress note has been closed. 

      • Open: Patient has an incomplete clinical evaluation and progress note hasn't been closed. Provider can open this clinical evaluation again, and continue with the patient's evaluation. 

      • Recover Encounter: (link) Provider registered a medication, vital signs but did not saved the progress note. When provider press a click over the selected patient, The "Recovered Encounters" screen, will be displayed, and must select the correct encounter, in order to continue with the patient's clinical evaluation.  

      • Does not have an icon: Means that when provider press a double click over the selected patient, a new progress note will be displayed. 

      • :Patient Information: By pressing this button, the patient's information will be displayed. 

      • Send SMS to Patient: Allows to send a text message to patient.
