There are several options for sending appointment reminders via e-mail.
Option #1
Go to the Appointments screen.
Press the Reports button, located in the Side Panel section on the right side of the screen.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Select the patient, provider or office you wish to send the appointment reminder to. Once selected, press the Search button.

- The list of appointments for the selected patient for the last current month will be displayed.

- Then, press the Communication button, located at the top of the screen.

- The following screen will be displayed:
- To send an appointment reminder for a specific appointment, select the appointment and then press the Process Selected button located at the top of the screen.

- The e-mail will be sent.

- If you wish to send the appointment reminder to all patients displayed on the screen, press the Process All button located at the top of the screen.

- All e-mails for the appointments displayed on the screen will be sent automatically.

Option #2
- Press the More button located at the top of the screen and select the Reports option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Select the patient, provider or office you wish to send the appointment reminder to. Once selected, press the Search button.

- The list of appointments for the selected patient for the last current month will be displayed.

- Then, press the Communication button, located at the top of the screen.

- The following screen will be displayed:
- To send an appointment reminder for a specific appointment, select the appointment and then press the Process Selected button located at the top of the screen.

- The e-mail will be sent.

- If you wish to send the appointment reminder to all patients displayed on the screen, press the Process All button located at the top of the screen.

- All e-mails for the appointments displayed on the screen will be sent automatically.
