• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Press the Reports button, located in the Side Panel section, on the right side of the screen. 


  • Or press the More button, located at the top of the screen and select the Reports option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the patient, provider, or office that wants to send the appointment reminder. Once selected, press the "Search" button.
  • The list of appointments of the selected patient from last month to the present, will be displayed.
  • Then click on the Communication button, located at the top of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • To send a reminder of a specific appointment, select it and then click on the Process Selected button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • The email will be automatically sent. 
  • If you want to send the appointment reminder to all patients displayed on the screen, click on the Process All button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Automatically, all emails of appointments displayed on the screen, will be sent.
