Description

Segment within the Clinical Evaluation options specifically created for triage units.

New Functionality

• A settings button was added in order to manage panel and options of the Clinical Evaluation screen.  
• A Templates field was added in order to select the previously configured ones. They can be filtered by Type, Patient and All. 
• A Show Previous was added in order to to display in the right column a view of patients clinical evaluation. 

Configuration

There are several areas that require configuration: 

• Step 1: Create your evaluation options: Content is created here: Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates Settings. 
• Step 2: Include options on the printed Progress Note report: For custom evaluation options to be included in the printed Progress Note report, they must be configured here: Settings / General / Staff & Providers / P.N. Report Settings (This is a provider specific configuration).
• Step 3: Display the evaluation segments in the Clinical Evaluation window: For evaluation segments to be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation window of the Progress Note screen, they must be configured here: Advanced Progress Note / Settings / Clinical Evaluation Template.

• Search: Perform a general search on any of the display grids.
• Display Grids [ 4 ]: Display of evaluation options.

Data elements selected (Checked) on the selection screen will be included on the display window on the progress note.
