There are several options to record an additional address to the patient's record.


Option #1  

  • Click on the Patients button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the patient to whom you want to add an additional address.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • A new blank row will be displayed.


  • Fill in all fields.
    • Note: Remember that the city field will be filled in automatically, at the time of registering the zip code.
  • Once the information is completed, press the Save button, to store the recorded information.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the main menu.
  • Select the "Patients" option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the patient to whom you want to add an additional address.
  • Click n the More button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • A new blank row will be displayed.


  • Fill in all fields.
    • Note: Remember that the city field will be filled in automatically, at the time of registering the zip code.
  • Once the information is completed, press the Save button to store the recorded information.


Option #3

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Select patient from the calendar. 


  • Once selected, the user has two options to create the record. Press the Patient Details button, located on the right side of the screen, in the Side Panel section.


  • Or click on the information button, located in front of patient's name and select the Pt Details option. 


  • The following screen: 


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Addresses option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • A new blank row will be displayed.


  • Fill in all fields.
  • Note: Remember that the city field will be filled in automatically, at the time of registering the zip code.
  • Once the information is completed, press the "Save" button to save the recorded information.
