There are several options to see the patient's alerts history.
Option #1
- Click on the Patients button, in main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Search and select the patient to whom you want to view the history alert.
- Once selected, click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Alerts option and then the Patient Alert History.
The following screen will be displayed:
- If you want to see the patient alert message, click on the note box.
- The alert message will be displayed.
- To turn alerts on or off, click on the button in the last column of the alert.
- Or click on the alert line.
If you want to see the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, go to the patient demographic screen.
Then, click on the More button and select the option of Alert Manager.
- The following message will be displayed:
- Click on the Yes button for the deployment and management of all alerts of the selected patient, pressing the No button, will display the alerts of all patients.
- This will display the screen, with all the administrative and clinical alerts, of the selected patient.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Patients option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Search and select the patient to whom you want to view the history alert.
- Once selected, click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Alerts option and then the Patient Alert History.
The following screen will be displayed:
- If you want to see the patient alert message, click on the note box.
- The alert message will be displayed.
- To turn alerts on or off, click on the button in the last column of the alert.
- Or click on the alert line.
