Description

Screen created to search for appointments for a patient with an specific office and/or provider. 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments module in the Main Menu screen.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the Search button, located at the top of screen and select the Appt. Search option. 

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen, in the Main Menu and select the Appointments option.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the Search button, located at the top of screen and then select the Appt. Search option. 

Through Patients 

  • Click on the Patients Detail button in Main Menu. 
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of screen. In the Appointments screen, click on the Search button, located at the top of screen and then select the Appt. Search option. 


Sections


Buttons 

  • Save: Allows to save the selected appointment dates. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen. 
  • Search (Patient Search): You can make a search in this area by name, last name or record number. Screen will start searching automatically once you enter the third letter.


  • From: 
  • To:


  • Provider: Allows to select the provider you wish to add the appointment.


  • Duration: Allows to select the appointment duration time. 


  • Appt. Type: Allows to select the appointment type. Once all the fields are selected press thebutton to display all the available appointments


  • Location: Allows to select the evaluation room, where the patient will be treated. In this field, the evaluation room that is by "Default", will be displayed, on the "Appointments / Settings / Rooms" screen. Once all fields have been selected, press the Refresh button, to display all available appointments, for the selected provider.


  • Results Grid: Displays all the available appointments for the selected office or provider.
