Appointment / Create Record
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Add an appointment for a new patient. Select the appointment created.
- Once created, click on the information button, located in front of the patient's appointment.
- Select the Create Rec.
- Then click on the Patient Details button, located on the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.
- The following window will be displayed:
- Select the patients gender and date of birth.
- Then press the Go to patients details check box.
- Click on the Save button.
- The Patient Details screen, will be automatically displayed, in order to complete the new patient's record.
Appointment / Patient Details
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Select the patient that has a record in system.
- Once selected, click on the Patient Details button located at the right of screen in the Side Panel section.
- Or click on the Patient Details button, located in the Side Panel section.
- In both cases, the Patient Details screen, will be automatically displayed, with the demographic patient's information.
