Description

From the Appointments screen, the user can store the patient's signature. The signature can be stored only once per day. All stored signatures, can be reviewed via the Signatures option, on the toolbar of the Patient Details screen.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button, in the Main Menu screen.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select the patient and click on the Signature button.
  • The Arrived at checkmark, must be displayed, in order to take patient's signature. 

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen and select the Appointments option. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, select the patient and click on the Signature button. 
  • Or select the Patients option. 
  • Once screen is displayed and patient is selected, click on the Signature button, located at the top of screen. 
  • The Arrived at checkmark, must be displayed in order to take patient's signature. 

Through Patients 

  • Click on the Patients Detail button in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of screen. In the Appointments screen, select the patient and click on the Signature button. 
  • The Arrived at checkmark, must be displayed in order to take patient's signature. 


**Required**

Users must have an authorized signature pad attached to their terminal.
