Requirements
- Patient has to be selected by arrived.
- Recommended Article: FAQ's: How to register an arrived patient?
- There has to be a Signature Pad program installed in PC.
Instructions
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Select the patient you wish to register signature.
- Click on the information button, located in front of the selected patient's name. (Patient must have the Arrived box selected, as arrived at the office.)
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Notify the patient to register signature in the Signature Pad.
- To save signature, click on the Ok button.
- In order to take patient's signature again, click on the Clear button.
- To cancel the signature collected, click on the Cancel button.
