Description

Section to configure all the option to be displayed, according to the users preference.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button, in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the Side Panel Settings button, located at the top of screen in order to manage the Side Panel section. 

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen and select the Appointments option. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the Side Panel Settings button, located at the top of screen in order to manage the Side Panel section.

Through Patients 

  • Click on the Patients Detail button in Main Menu. 
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of screen. 
  • In the Appointments screen, click on the Side Panel Settings button, located at te top of screen in order manage the Side Panel section.  


Buttons

  • Search: By pressing this button will allow to search a patients appointments history. 
  • Patients Details: By pressing this button the Patients Details screen will be displayed. 
  • Reports: By pressing this button the Appointments Resports screen will be displayed.

  • Settings: By pressing this button the Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


Sections

Click on the Side Panel Settings button located at the top of screen in order to select the following options: 


Buttons

  • Eligibility: Displays the eligibility screen for the selected patient's medical plan.  


  • Search: Allows you to search for patient appointments. 


  • Patient Detail: Displays the demographic screen of the selected patient. If there is no patient selected, it will display without information. 


  • Reports: Displays the screen for handling appointment reports. In it, patients who left the office without being attended, can be reflected in the "Runaway" column. 


  • Saved Report: Displays the list of all reports created by the user.
  • Save Current: When pressed, it allows you to modify the selected report.
  • Save as New: By pressing, you can save the information that is displayed on the screen in report format.
  • Communications: Displays the "Reminder" screen. Note: The patients that are displayed on this screen, will be the same ones that will be displayed on the "Communications" screen.
  • Print: Displays report of the information seen on the screen. Note: If you want to delete columns from the report, go to the screen and delete the columns you do not want to see in the report (by dragging it out of the table) and proceed to print the report again. (To replace the columns that were there before, close and open the screen again.)
  • Previous: Closes the screen.
  • Filters: The information that is displayed on the screen, will depend on the selected filters. This information can be filtered by date, by patient, provider and office.
  • Past Week: Displays the report with the past appointments configured from the previous week.
  • Today: Displays the report with the scheduled appointments of the current day.
  • Next Week: Displays the report with the next week's configured appointments.
  • Next 15 Days: Display the report with the configured appointments for the next 15 days.
  • Next Month: Display the report with the appointments configured for the next month.
  • Exclude previously sent reminder patients: By selecting, avoid duplicating reminder messages previously sent to patients. Include deleted appointments: By selecting this option, it allows you to include in the report the appointments that were deleted for some reason.
  • Table: Place where the information is displayed according to the filters at the top of the screen.
  • Date: Date of the patient's appointment.
  • Arrival: Display the time when the patient arrived at the office.
  • Discharge: Display the time that was issued and dispatched to the patient.
  • Patient: Patient's name.
  • Record No: Displays the patient's record number.
  • Alt. Rec. No: Displays the patient's alternate record number.
  • Mobile Phone: Displays the patient's mobile number.
  • Other Phone: Display any other number that the patient has provided.
  • Type: Displays the patient's appointment type.
  • Confirmed: Displays the pigeonholing if the patient confirmed their appointment.
  • Runaway: Displays the box if the "Left Office without attended" option is selected.
  • Primary Ins. Co.: Displays the company name of the patient's primary plan.
  • Primary Ins. Plan: Displays the patient's primary plan cover.
  • Secondary Ins. Co.: Displays the company of the patient's secondary plan.
  • Secondary Ins. Plan: Displays the patient's secondary plan cover.


  • Schedule: Displays the screen for the management of recurring patient appointments.


  • Refresh: Refreshes the appointment screen. When pressed, it displays the following confirmation message.


  • Appointments Settings: Displays the screen for handling the appointment calendar settings.


  • View Date Selector: By selecting this option the calendar will be displayed.

      

  • View Patients Search: By selecting this option the Patients section will be displayed to search for patients in order to drag and drop onto scheduler. 


  • View Patients Details: By selecting this option the patients appointments details will be displayed. 


  • Appointment Details: Section where you can see the details of the selected patient.
  • Arrived: Selecting this option, indicates that the patient arrived at the office. In the same way, it works as a way to visualize if the patient arrived, by simply selecting it in the calendar.
  • Edit: Displays the Appointments Details screen, to edit the appointment of the selected patient.
  • Left the office without attended: Select this box, to indicate that the patient left unattended. (Note: Selecting this option, will display it in the appointments report as a Runaway.)


  • Notes: Displays the appointment notes and notes created on the Patient Details screen, of the selected patient.


  • Insurance: Displays the image of the primary and/or secondary medical plan, of the selected patient.


  • Past Appointments: By selecting this tab, once you press the Refresh button, the previous 4-month appointments of the selected patient, will be displayed.


  • Refresh Details: Press this button, once you have made any changes to the patient's record. It will automatically update, the selected patient's information.
  • Documents: Displays the "Documents" screen, of the selected patient.


  • Show Work Time Only: When you select this option, the calendar will only display, the provider's working hours.


  • Save Layout: When selected, you will save the design and display, according to the user's configuration and/or preference.
