• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Side Panel button, located at the top of screen.


  • The panel will be displayed at the right side of screen. 


  • To display the sections in this panel, click on the Side Panel Settings button, located at the top of screen and select all the options you wish to display. (Note: The Show Work Tine only option, will display the calendar, with only the provider's working hours.)


  • In order to for the calendar to be displayed only with the hours provider will work, select the Show Work Time Only option. 


  • Once selected all the frequently used sections, user can save the configured panel design by pressing the Side Panel Settings button, located at the top of screen and selecting the Save Layout option. 


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Yes button, to store configuration. 
  • Click on the No button, to cancel action. 


Top Screen Buttons


  • Eligibility: Pressing, will display the screen for the eligibility of the selected patient's medical plan and pharmacy coverage. 


  • Search: Allows to search for patients appointments.


  • Reports: Displays the screen, in order to manage the appointments reports. It will reflect the patients who left the office, without being attended, in the Runaway column. 


  • Saved Report: Allows to display the list of all created reports by user. 
  • Save Current: Allows to modify the selected report. 
  • Save as New: Allows to save the displayed information, as a new appointment report. 
  • Communications: Allows to display the Reminder screen. Nota: The patients displayed on this screen, will be the same ones displayed in the Communications screen.  
  • Print: Allows to print the appointment report. Nota: If you wish to remove columns from the report, go to the screen and remove them by dragging them out of the grid and proceed to print the report again. (In order to restore the columns removed, close and open screen again.)  
  • Previous: Closes screen. 
  • Filters: Information displayed in this screen, will depend on the selected filters. This information can be displayed by date, patient, provider and office. 
  • Past Week: Displays the report with the appointments past week.
  • Today: Displays the report with the current date. 
  • Next Week: Displays report with next week appointments. 
  • Next 15 Days: Displays report with appointments for the next 15 days. 
  • Next Month: Displays report with appointments for next month. s
  • Exclude previously sent reminder patients: Allows to exclude previously sent reminders patients in report. 
  • Include deleted appointments: Allows to include the deleted appointments in report. 
  • Tabla: Displays all information, according to the filters selected.
  • Date: Displays the patient's appointment date.  
  • Arrival: Displays the time patient arrived at the office.
  • Discharge: Displays the time patient was discharged. 
  • Patient: Displays patient's name. 
  • Record No: Displays patient's record number. 
  • Alt. Rec. No: Displays patient's alternate record number. 
  • Mobile Phone: Displays patient's mobile number. 
  • Other Phone: Displays other patient's phone number. 
  • Type: Displays the patient's appointment type. 
  • Confirmed: Displays the patient's confirmed appointment. 
  • Runaway: If the Left Office without attended, is selected in the Appointments screen, will be shown. 
  • Primary Ins. Co.: Displays the patient's primary insurance company. 
  • Primary Ins. Plan: Displays the patient's primary insurance plan. 
  • Secondary Ins. Co.: Displays the patient's secondary insurance company. 
  • Secondary Ins. Plan: Displays the patient's secondary insurance plan. 
  • Schedule: Displays the screen, to manage the patient's recurrent appointments. 


  • Refresh: Allows to refresh screen. The following screen will be displayed:


  • Appointments Settings: Displays the screen, in order to manage the appointments screen configuration.


  • View Date Selector: Section to manage the patients appointments. 


  • Patient's: Section to search patients. Once selected, click on the left button on mouse and drag to the appointment time. 


  • Appointment Detail: Section displays the patient's appointments detail. 
  • Arrived: By selecting this box, when patient's arrives at the office. 
  • : Allows to edit the information in the Appointments Details screen. 
  • Left the office without attended: Select, if patient left office without being attended.


  • Delete: Allows to delete the patient's appointment.  


  • Refresh Details: Once you have made changes, click on this icon, in order to update the selected patient information. 


  • Documents: Allows to display the Documents screen, for the selected patient.


  • Notes: Displays the patients notes, created in the Patient Details screen.


  • Insurance: Displays the image of the primary and secondary patient's medical plan. 


  • Past Appointments: When pressing the Refresh button, the past appointments of the selected patient, will be displayed, from the previous 4 months.
