Section to select the offices to add the appointments. 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen and select the Offices option. The Offices list will be automatically displayed. 
  • Or select from the Side Panel the Offices tab, in the Resources section. If section is not displayed, click on the Side Panel Settings and select the View Resources option. 

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen and select the Appointments option. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen and select the Offices option. The Offices list will be automatically displayed.  
  • Or select from the Side Panel the Offices tab, in the Resources section. If section is not displayed, click on the Side Panel Settings and select the View Resources option. 

Through Patients 

  • Click on the Patients Detail button in Main Menu. 
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button located at the top of screen. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the More button and then select the Offices option. The Offices list will be automatically displayed.  
  • Or select from the Side Panel the Offices tab, in the Resources section. If section is not displayed, click on the Side Panel Settings and select the View Resources option.
