Description
Used to merge duplicated records. This action will only be performed, when two records have been created, for the same patient.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the Patients button, in the Main Menu.
- Select a patient and then click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Merge option.
Through QuickLinks
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen in Main Menu and select the Patients option.
- Once in the Patients screen, select a patient and then click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Merge option.
Through Appointments
- Click on the Appointments button, located in Main Menu.
- Once in the Appointments screen, select patient and then click on Patients Details button, located in the Side Panel section.
- In the Patients screen, click on the More button and select the Merge option.
Sections
Buttons
- Merge: Click after selecting the records confirmed, to be duplicate.
- Previous: Return to the previous screen.
Merge Panel
- Main Record: Select the record, to maintain as primary record.
- Duplicates Record to Merge:Select the record or records, determined to be duplicates.
- Note: Patient records selected as duplicates will be deactivated and will be available as inactive records.
- Possible Duplicates Found: Table grid, that displays possible duplicate records.
