There are several options to merge duplicated records.

Option #1 

  • Click on the Patients button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Merge option.


  • The Patient Duplicates Merge screen, will be displayed.


  • This screen could display a list of possible patient records, which are duplicates. This according to the name, last name and patient's date of birth.


  • Identify the patient's record you want, as Main Record.
  • Once selected, click on the Select button.


  • When you press the Select button, the record will be placed in the Main Record section. 


  • Identify the second patient's record, this will be the doubled record.
  • Click on the Select button.


  • Once you press the Select button, the record will be displayed in the Duplicates Records to Merge section.


  • Important Notes:
    • If you want to remove the selected record from the Duplicates Records to Merge section, click on the Remove button.
    • If you want to identify the record found, in the Duplicates Records to Merge section, as the main record, click on the Set As Main button.
    • Also if you want to manually identify the record, click on the Search button.
  • To complete the union of the records, click on the Merge button, located at the top of the screen.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Patients option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Merge option.


  • The Patient Duplicates Merge screen, will be displayed.


  • This screen could display a list of possible patient records, which are duplicates. This according to the name, last name and patient's date of birth.


  • Identify the patient's record you want, as Main Record.
  • Once selected, click on the Select button.


  • When you press the Select button, the record will be placed in the Main Record section. 


  • Identify the second patient's record, this will be the doubled record.
  • Click on the Select button.


  • Once you press the Select button, the record will be displayed in the Duplicates Records to Merge section.


  • Important Notes:
