- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Search button located at the top of screen.
- Select the Appt. Search option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient you wish to create the appointment.
- Select the period of dates you wish to verify for the selected provider.
- Select the provider you wish to add the appointment.
- Select the duration of appointment.
- Select the appointment type.
- Select the office you will add the appointment.
- Once all fields are selected, click on the Refresh button in order to display all the available appointments for the selected provider.
- All the available appointments for the selected provider, will be displayed.
- Select the appointment or appointments, you wish, for the selected patient.
- Once selected, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen.
- The selected appointment, will be automatically created.
- The following confirmation message, will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- Automatically, the appointment will be created, at the selected date and time.
