• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the View Resources button, located at the top of screen and select the Offices option. 
  • Select the office you wish to add an appointment. 


  • Create an appointment and select the office, were patient will be attended. (For example purposes, we selected the ER E Health Partners office.)


  • Click on the Save & Close button, to store appointment. 
  • Automatically, the patient's appointment, will be created.  


  • Select the other office you wish to add the appointment on the Offices list. 


  • In order to display both appointments on schedule, both offices must have been selected.
