There are several options to configure the vacation and holidays.


 Option #1

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button, located on the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section. 


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Add Hol. option.
    • Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the office: 

        

  • If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option. 


  • Select a specific provider, if configuration is for selected provider.
  • Select the configuration type:


  • Write the description.


  • Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays:


  • Once the information is completed, click on the "Save" button. 


  • It will be displayed automatically, in the Holiday and Vacations section. 


Option #2
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. . 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then select the Appointments button. 


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Add Hol. option.
    • Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select office: 

        

  • If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option.

  • Select the configuration type:


  • Write the description.


  • Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays:


  • Once the information is completed, click on the "Save" button.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and select the Appointments button.

    • Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
  • The following screen will be displayed:
