There are various ways to set up vacation and holiday configurations.
Option #1
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- To access the settings, click on the Settings button located in the side panel on the right side of the screen. 
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:  
- Click on the Add button, which is located on the screen's toolbar, and then select the Add Holiday option.
Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Choose the office:  
- To apply the configuration to all office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option. 
- Choose a specific provider if the configuration is intended for that provider.
- Select the configuration type: 
- Write the description. 
- Please choose the start and end dates for the vacation or holiday period: 
- After completing the information, click the Save button.  
- The information will automatically appear in the Holiday and Vacations section. 
 Option #2
- Select the QuickLinks text, which is located at the top of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option. 
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option. 
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:  
- Click on the Add button, which is located on the screen's toolbar, and then select the Add Holiday option.
Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Choose the office:  
- To apply the configuration to all office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option.

- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:  
- Click on the Add button, which is located on the screen's toolbar, and then select the Add Holiday option.
