There are several options to configure the vacation and holidays.
Option #1
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Settings button, located on the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Add Hol. option.
- Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office:
- If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option.
- Select a specific provider, if configuration is for selected provider.
- Select the configuration type:
- Write the description.
- Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays:
- Once the information is completed, click on the "Save" button.
- It will be displayed automatically, in the Holiday and Vacations section.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Settings option. .
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then select the Appointments button.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Add Hol. option.
- Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select office:
- If you want the configuration to be applied to all the office providers, select the Check to apply to all providers option.
- Select a specific provider, if configuration is for selected provider.
- Select the configuration type:
- Write the description.
- Select the start and end date of the vacations or holidays:
- Once the information is completed, click on the "Save" button.
- It will be displayed automatically, in the Holiday and Vacations section.
Option #3
- Click on the Settings button, in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and select the Appointments button.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Add Hol. option.
- Note: To edit vacations or holidays click on the Edit Hol. button selecting a line in Holidays and Vacations chart.
- The following screen will be displayed:
