Description

This screen displays the systems audit log.



Configuration

Audit Log events cannot be modified. The systems administrator can review the recorded events list on this screen Settings / General / General under the Audit Log Settings section



Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the General button and then press the Audit Log button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Settings option.
  • Then click on the General button and select the Audit Log button.


Sections 


Buttons

  • Print: Allows to print the report of the sequence of events, which have been made by users, according to their preference or search selection.
  • Patient Search: Allows to search by specific patient.
  • Previous: Allows to close the screen

Options  

  • Filtros: Screen allows filtering by specific dates and times.
  • Clinical: It will display the list of the clinical section to be audited.


  • Pt Details: It will display the list of the patient's demographic section, which you wish to audit. 


  • Appointments: It will display the list of the calendar section to be audited.


  • Workflow: It will display the list of the section of the patient flow screen that you wish to audit.


  • Settings: It will display the list of the configuration section, which you want to audit.


  • Search: If you do not have any specific section selected, it will display all the events performed in general in the application. If you have a specific option selected, the selected option will be displayed.
  • Tabla: Section where the records of the events performed by the users will be displayed.
