  • Selected Group Permissions 
    • Allows user to create groups and to select the permissions according to the users preferences. 


Appointments 

  • Appointments Add/Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit appointment 
  • Appointments Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the calendar appointments. 
  • Appointment Receive Request Notifications: Allows the selected group to receive notifications of requested appointments. 
  • Appointments Report Access: Allows the selected group access to the office appointment report.
  • Appointments To Do Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit tasks in the appointment reminders section.
  • Appointments To Do Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the tasks assigned in the appointment reminders.

  • Clinical File Access: Allows the selected group to access the clinical module.
  • Clinical File Add/ Edit: Allows the selected group to be added or edited in the clinical evaluation screen. 


Addendum Notes 

  • Clinical File Addendum Notes Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit addendum notes. 
  • Clinical File Addendum Notes Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the Addendum notes.


Alerts

  • Clinical File Alerts Edit: Allows the selected group to edit the clinical alerts in the Clinical Decision Support screen. 
  • Clinical File Alerts Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the clinical alerts on the Clinical Decision Support screen.


Allergies

  • Clinical File Allergies Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the patient's allergies. 
  • Clinical File Allergies Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the patient's allergies. 


Allow Use of non-specific specific DX Codes

  • Clinical File Allow Use of Non-Specific Dx Codes: Allows the selected group to use non-specific diagnostic codes.


Anticipatory Guidance

  • Clinical File Anticipatory Guidance Add/Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit specific care for pediatric patients.
  • Clinical File Anticipatory Guidance Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the specific care for pediatric patients.


Assessment & Plan 

  • Clinical File Assessment Plan Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to access the Assessment & Plan area in the progress note, in the Clinical Evaluation section.
  • Clinical File Close Progress Note: Allows the selected group to close a progress note. 


Block Closing Encounter With Pending Tasks

  • Clinical File Block Closing Encounter With Pending Tasks: Allows the selected group to close meetings with pending clinical tasks.


Calls

  • Clinical File Call Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit calls. 
  • Clinical File Call Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the calls from the progress note. 


CCD 

  • Clinical File CCD Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the patient's CCDA. 
  • Clinical File CCD Read Only: Allows the selected group to access the Patient Summary screen.


Chief Complaint

  • Clinical File Chief Complaint Access: Allows the selected group to access the Chief Complaint section of the Clinical Evaluation screen.

Development Milestones

Family History 

  • Clinical File Family History Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the patient's family medical history.
  • Clinical File Family History Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the patient's family medical history.


Gravida 

  • Clinical File Gravida Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the patient's previous pregnancies or miscarriages in the Delivery History screen.
  • Clinical File Gravida Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the patient's previous pregnancies or miscarriages in the Delivery History screen.


Images

  • Clinical File Images Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit images in the Documents screen.

Immunizations 

  • Clinical File Immunizations Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit vaccines administered to the patient. 
  • Clinical File Immunization Chart Access: Allows the selected group to access the list of the patient's vaccines administered. 
  • Clinical File Immunizations Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the patient's administered vaccines. 


Implantable Devices

  • Clinical File Implantable Devices Add Edit: Allows the selected group to be added or edited in the medical devices.


IV Manager

  • Clinical File IV Manager Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the sera administered to the patient. 
  • Clinical File IV Manager Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the sera administered to the patient.


Medications 

  • Clinical File Medication Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit medications to the patient.
  • Clinical File Medication Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the patient's medications.


Menstrual History

  • Clinical File Menstrual History Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the menstrual period of female patients.
  • Clinical File Menstrual History Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the menstrual period history of female patients. 


Optimal Instrument 

  • Clinical File Optimal Instrument Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the degree of difficulty, to perform various functions.
  • Clinical File Optimal Instrument Read Only: Allows the selected group to see only the patient's degree of difficulty in performing various functions.


Orders 

  • Clinical File Add Orders Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to be added or edited in the 'Add Orders screen.
  • Clinical File Order Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit patient orders. 
  • Clinical File Order Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the patient's orders.

  • Clinical File Physical Exam Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit information from the patient's physical examination.

  • Clinical File Physical Examination Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit the record of any injury or trauma, at the physical level of the patient.

  • Clinical File Print OB-Gyn Antepartum Report: Allows the selected group to access the Obstetrics and Gynecology Antepartum report. 
  • Clinical File Print OB-Gyn Visit Report: Allows the selected group to access the OB/GYN visit report. 


Problem List

  • Patient Detail Images Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit images of the patient's documents in the Documents section of the Patient Details screen.
  • Patients Detail Images Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the added images of the patient's documents in the Documents section of the Patient Details screen.
  • Patients Detail Merge Access: Allows the selected group to merge duplicate patient records in the Patient Details screen.
  • Patients Details Read Only: Allows the selected group to view patient demographic information only.
  • Patients Details Record History Access: Allows the selected group access to view the history of changes made in the Patient Details screen. 
  • Patients Detail Signature Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit patient signatures in the Patient Details screen.
  • Patients Detail Signature Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the recorded patient signatures in the Patient Details screen. 


Reports 

  • Reports Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit custom reports in the Reports screen.
  • Reports Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only customized reports in the Reports screen. 


Workflow

  • Workflow Add / Edit: Allows the selected group to add or edit patients in the Workflow screen. 
  • Workflow Discharged: Allows the selected group to access the screen to register the patient in the Workflow screen.
  • Workflow Disposition: Allows the selected group to access the patient screen, which was deleted in the Workflow Items section.
  • Workflow Read Only: Allows the selected group to view only the Workflow screen.
