New screen used to configure the Workflow screen tabs and the header columns.


Access


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Office button and select the Workflow Label Settings button.

A través de "QuickLinks"

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks option, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Settings option.
  • Then press the Office button and select the Workflow Label Settings button.


Sections 


Buttons

  • Save: Allows you to save the changes made on the screen. 
  • Cancel: Allows to close the screen.


Search: Allows you to select the office, to which you want to make the configuration of the Workflow screen.

Apply to all offices: Once the office or center configuration has been completed, pressing this button will apply to all offices.

Arrival Settings: Section, to configure the columns of the first tab of Workflow.  

  • Tab Description: Tab Description.
  • Date Description: Description date. 
  • Patient Description: Patient's name.
  • Subject Description: Reason for visit. 
  • Companion Description: Name of person accompanying the patient.


Workflow Settings: Section, to configure the columns of the second Workflow tab.

  • Tab Description: Tab Description.
  • Label Description: The previously configured color of the reason for the visit will be displayed. 
  • Record No. Description: Patient's record number. 
  • Location Description: Assigned room.
  • Subject Description:  Reason for visit. 
  • Arrival Date Description: Date patient arrived in the office. 
  • Category Description: Visit category.
  • Provider Description: The provider, who will attend the patient, will be deployed. 
  • Notes Description: Allows to describe a note.
