Description
Screen used to configure and manage order codes and their components, including normal value ranges, flags and LOINC code assignments for any applicable code.
Access
Through Settings
- In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Orders button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Orders button.
Sections
Buttons
- Available Orders (ER): Allows you to configure the available commands to be used in the Clinical Tasks screen.
- Print: Prints the CPT code selected in the table, with its corresponding instructions.
- Range Settings: Allows you to add the range of values to the selected code.
- Edit: It allows adding or editing components, assigning or deleting LOINC codes that are assigned, as well as editing the type of code and description.
- Cancel: Allows you to cancel any changes made on the screen.
- Save: Saves the changes made, on the screen.
- Previous: Closes screen.
Filtros: To perform the search, currently the results can be filtered, by codes that are classified as laboratories, images, procedures, DME. Also by selecting All, you can search all codes.
- Search: Section where the code search is performed, depending on the classification of the filter (Lab, Images, Procedure, DME, All).
- CPT / Loinc: Allows to select orders by CPT code or Loinc code.
- Tabla: Display the frequent codes. The results will be displayed in the search area.
Description / Alerts / Instructions: Area where users can:
- Reset text: Allows you to update the original description of the selected order.
- Change code description.
- Classify the code into Lab, Images, Procedures and DME.
- Assign the type of unit that applies to you in code.
- Assign alerts and instructions.
- Components: List of the components assigned to the order. Components may be drawn by lot.
- Loincs: List of LOINC codes, assigned to the code.
