There are several options for editing a patient-related provider.
Option #1
- Click on the Patients button, in main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient you want to remove from the related provider.
- Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Related Providers option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Edit button and select the provider you want to remove.
- Then, click on the Delete button, located at the end of the line, of the selected provider.
- The following confirmation message, will be displayed:
- Click on the Yes button, to remove the related provider.
- Click on the No button, to cancel the action.
- Once you press the Yes button, it will be automatically removed from the list.
- Then, click Save button, to store the changes.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Patients option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient you want to remove from the related provider.
- Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Related Providers option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Edit button and select the provider you want to remove.
- Then, click on the Delete button, located at the end of the line, of the selected provider.
- The following confirmation message, will be displayed:
- Click on the Yes button, to remove the related provider.
- Click on the No button, to cancel the action.
- Once you press the Yes button, it will be automatically removed from the list.
- Then, click Save button, to store the changes.
