There are several options for editing a patient-related provider.


Option #1 

  • Click on the Patients button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient you want to remove from the related provider.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Related Providers option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the Edit button and select the provider you want to remove.
  • Then, click on the Delete button, located at the end of the line, of the selected provider.


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:


  • Click on the Yes button, to remove the related provider.
  • Click on the No button, to cancel the action.
  • Once you press the Yes button, it will be automatically removed from the list.
  • Then, click Save button, to store the changes.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Patients option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient you want to remove from the related provider.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Related Providers option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the Edit button and select the provider you want to remove.
  • Then, click on the Delete button, located at the end of the line, of the selected provider.


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:


  • Click on the Yes button, to remove the related provider.
  • Click on the No button, to cancel the action.
  • Once you press the Yes button, it will be automatically removed from the list.
  • Then, click Save button, to store the changes.
