Description

Screen used to document phone calls made or received in relation to patient care. 


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Calls button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Main Calls buttonClick on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Calls item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click on the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Calls button.

  • A Provider made a call: 
    • By Current Provider: By pressing this button, specifies that current provider is making the call. 
    • Referring Provider: By pressing this button, specifies that the selected referring provider is making the call. 
  • Subject: Call Description
  • Note: Details of the call
  • Date: Date of the call. 
  • Provider: Provider ho made the call. 
  • Subject: Subject of the call. 

Display Grid: Display of previously stored documentation.
