Description

A screen designed to log phone calls made or received concerning patient care.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To access the Calls function in the Progress Note screen, click on the Calls button located on the Side Bar. If the Main Calls button is missing, click on the Settings button on the Progress Note screen's toolbar. Then, choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the right side of the screen, drag and drop the Calls item into the items window at the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Finally, click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will refresh, and the Calls button will now be visible under the selected category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Calls button.


Sections


Buttons

  • Add: Allows to register a call.
  • Edit: Allows you to edit the record selected in the table.
  • Delete: Allows to delete the selected call.
  • Save: Save changes to the screen.
  • Cancel: Cancel any unsaved changes on the screen.
  • Previous: Return to previous screen.
  • Date: Date the call was made.
  • A Provider made a call: Field where you specify which provider made the call. 
    • By Current Provider: Pressing this button indicates that the current provider is initiating the call.
    • Referring Provider: Pressing this button indicates that the selected referring provider is initiating the call.
  • Subject: Call Description. 
  • Note: Details of the call.
  • Date: Date of the call. 
  • Provider: Provider who made the call. 
  • Subject: Subject of the call.

Display Grid: Display of previously stored documentation.
