Description

Screen used to create or manage order templates.


Access


Through Settings 

  • In the Main Menu, press the "Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Order Templates button.

Through Quickinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then, click on the Clinical button and select the Order Templates button.


Sections


Buttons

  • Add: Allows to add a new template.
  • Edit: Allows you to edit the record selected in the chart.
  • Delete: Allows to delete the selected template.
  • Cancel: Cancels any unsaved changes on the screen.
  • Save: Save the changes on the screen.
  • Previous: Closes screen.

Chart: Section where all templates are displayed.

Order Template Details: Allows you to add one or two related diagnoses, with the laboratory ordered. You may also add a note.
