Description

Screen used to create / manage profiles for vital signs normal values. General or patient specific profiles can be created.


Access


Through Settings

  • In the main menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Vital Signs button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks option, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then press the Clinical button and select the Vital Signs button.

Through Vital Signs

  • On the Vital Signs screen, press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.


Sections


Buttons

  • New: Allows to create a new value profile.
  • Edit: Allows to edit the selected profile.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the selected profile in the General Profiles section.
  • Cancel: Cancels any changes on screen.
  • Save: Saves the changes on screen.
  • Previous: Closes screen. 

General Profiles: Chart where the general profiles created will be displayed.

Patient Specific Profiles: Section where the list of patients who have been assigned a vital signs profile will be displayed.

Profiles Details: Section where you create or edit the profile.

  • Profile Name: Profile name.
  • Check here to make patient specific: Check this option if the profile to be saved is for a specific patient.
  • Gender: Gender, to which the profile applies.
  • Age Type: Type and age group, to which the selected profile will be applied.
  • System: Type and age group, to which the selected profile will be applied.
  • Vital Signs: Section where you can configure the minimum and maximum normal values of the following sections: Weight, BMI, Temperature, Respiratory Rate, Pulse, Diastolic, Systolic and Head Circumference.
