Screens designed for managing blood sugar levels.



Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To access the Blood Sugar button, click on it in the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. If the Blood Sugar button is missing, click on the Settings button on the Progress Note screen's toolbar, then choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the available items on the right, select Blood Sugar and drag it to the items window in the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. To apply the changes, click the Save button. The Side Bar will update, and the Blood Sugar button will be displayed under the added category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Blood Sugar option.

Buttons

  • Add: Record the value, time administered, insulin type, and number of units.


  • Edit: Allows to edit the selected level.
  • Save: Save the changes on screen.
  • Cancel: Cancel any changes on screen.
  • Print: Displays report of recorded sugar levels, to be printed.
  • Previous: Return to previous screen.
  • Display Grid: Displays the values stored for the patient.
  • Patient Medications: Displays the patient's active medication.
  • Pump Settings: Area to configure the pumps.
