Description

Screen used as a record for the delivery of patient's documents. 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select a patient from any of the three sections of the Clinical Records screen.
  • Once the patient is selected, click on the Disclosures button, located at the top of the screen.

Through Clinical Report

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select a patient from any of the three sections of the Clinical Records screen.
  • Once the patient is selected, click on the Disclosures button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Once you select the report, click on the Print button, located at the top of the screen, indicate that it will be delivered to the patient, then it will display another message, as an indication if you want to add it to the patient's Disclosures. 


Sections


Button

  • Print: Displays report with registration information to be printed.
  • Add: Add new record.


  • Edit: Allows to edit the selected record.
  • Inactive: Allows to disable a registry.
  • Previous: Closes the screen.

Filters: The table can be filtered by active, inactive records, and both.

Table: Section where the records will be displayed.
