Description
Screen that is used as a register, for the delivery of documents to the patient.
Access
Through Main Menu
- In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button.
- Select a patient from any of the three sections of the Clinical Records screen.
- Once the patient is selected, press the “Disclosures” button, located at the top of the screen.
Through Clinical Report
- In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button.
- Select a patient from any of the three sections of the Clinical Records screen.
- Once the patient is selected, press the “Disclosures” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Once the report is selected, press the “Print” button, located at the top of the screen, indicate that it will be delivered to the patient, then another message will be displayed to indicate if you want to add it to the patient's “Disclosures”.
Sections
Button
- Print: Displays report with registration information to be printed.
- Add: Add new record.
- Edit: Allows to edit the selected record.
- Inactive: Allows to disable a registry.
- Previous: Closes the screen.
Filters: The table can be filtered by active records, inactive records and both.
Table: Area where records will be displayed.
