Description
Screen used to manage facility information. Add all of the facilities where healthcare services are provided.
Access
Through Settings
- From the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then press the Facilities button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Then press the Clinical button and select the Facilities button.
Through Billing
- In the main menu, click on the Billing text.
- Press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Facilities option.
Sections
Buttons
- Add: Allows you to add a new medical facility. (The Name and NPI fields are required).
- Edit: Allows to edit the selected medical facility.
- Delete: Allows you to remove a medical facility from the list.
- Save: Save the changes on screen.
- Cancel: Allows to cancel any action.
- Previous: Permite regresar, a la pantalla anterior.
Chart: Location where registered medical facilities are deployed.
Detail: Section where the user enters the medical facility information. Currently, the Name, NPI and Physical Address fields are the required fields.
Important Note: The medical facilities that the user registers in this screen will be the same ones that are displayed in the Procedures screen. Likewise, the medical facility that is saved as Default will be the one that will be automatically selected when adding a procedure.
