Description
Screen used to create custom or specialized evaluation options. These options are available to clinical users via the Custom Evaluation button on the sidebar of the Progress Note screen.
Access
Through Settings
- In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Evaluation Types button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option. Then press the Clinical button and select the Evaluation Types button.
Sections
Buttons
- Clinical Groups: When pressed, it allows you to configure the groups to be used in the clinical evaluation.
- Copy Types: Allows you to copy all configured evaluation types, either from supplier to supplier, supplier to group or vice versa. In addition, you can copy the configuration of the progress note Templates.
- Edit Types: When pressed, the Evaluation Types Setting screen will be displayed, in this screen the different types of evaluations will be displayed, which will be in the Custom Evaluation screen, in the clinical area. When pressing the right mouse button, the following options will be displayed:
- Add: What is added will be displayed as a tab in the Custom Evaluation screen.
- Edit: Allows you to edit the name.
- Delete Selected Item: If you delete something from this screen and you have it already configured in the clinical section, you will have to delete it manually.
- Advanced Comments: When pressed, the Advanced Comments Settings screen will be displayed, this will be the place where you can create more options under a category. And the same can be re-used in the different Items that are added in the Evaluation Types screen.
- Previous: Closes the screen.
- Provider: Name of the provider, to whom the evaluation belongs.
- Groups:
: When pressed, the following options will be displayed:
- Show Previews Notes: When pressed, a column will appear on the right side of the screen to display the selected options.
- Sort by Custom: It allows to organize the options, according to the user's preference.
- Sort Alphabetically: Allows you to organize the options, in alphabetical order.
- Filters: Options to filter sections.
- Filter By Type: When pressed, you can filter by type.
- Filter By Patient: When pressed, you will be able to filter by patient.
- All: When pressed, you can filter by everything.
- Types: List of evaluations.
Tablas: Place where the different options will be organized. We have 4 columns.
- By clicking the right mouse button during the preparation of the evaluation, you will have four tables to build the evaluation. Among the options available for the construction of the evaluation are:
- Add Item: Allows to add more options.
- Edit Item: Allows to edit the selected option.
- Add Child: Allows to add an option in the next column.
- Delete Item: Allows to delete the selected option.
