Description

Screen used to configure documentation and clinical evaluation options.  On this configuration screen admin users can manage options for the following areas: Triage, Chief Complaint / Present Illness, Past History, Review of Systems and Physical Exam.


Access


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Templates button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then press the Clinical button and select the Clinical Templates button. 


Sections 


Buttons 

  • Copy Types: Pressing it will display the screen to copy the clinical evaluation type settings from one provider to another or from one provider to a group and vice versa. (This screen can also be accessed through Settings / General / Staff & Providers / Copy Clinical Evaluations).


  • Adv. Comments: Allows you to add additional comments to the selected options.

  • Previous: Allows to close the screen. 

Providers: Allows to organize items by provider.

Groups: Allows to organize items by group.  

: When pressed, the following options will be displayed:  

  • Show Previews Notes: When pressed, a column will appear on the right side of the screen to display the selected items. 
  • Sort by Custom: Allows you to organize the items according to the user's preference. 
  • Sort Alphabetically: Allows you to organize the articles in alphabetical order. 
  • Filters: Options to filter, sections. 
    • Filter By Type: When pressed, they can be filtered by type. 
    • Filter By Patient: When pressed, you will be able to filter by patient.
    • All: When pressed, you can filter by everything. 


Handling options of the following sections:

  • Triage: This section groups all the symptoms, which may be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Triage tab.
  • Present Illness: This section groups all the symptoms that may be available, in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Present Illness tab.
  • Past History: This section groups all the options that may be available for the evaluation of the patient's past history. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Past History tab.
  • Review of Systems: This section groups all the options that may be available for the evaluation of the system. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the ROS tab.
  • Physical exam: This section groups all the options that may be available for the physical examination. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Physical Exam tab.


Editing Screen

This screen will be displayed when you press the right mouse button. The following options will appear: Add Item, Add Child and Edit Item.
