Description

Screen where the symptom groups, which are used to be added to a clinical template, are configured.

Access

Through Settings

• In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
• Press the Clinical button and select the Clinical Symptoms Templates button.

Through QuickLinks

• In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
• Select the Settings option. 
• Then press the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Symptoms Templates button. 

Sections 

Buttons

• Add: Allows to create a new symptom group. 
• Edit: Allows to edit the selected symptom group.
• Delete: Allows to delete the selected symptom group.
• Cancel: Allows to cancel any change on screen.
• Save: Allows to save the changes on screen.
• Previous: Closes the screen.

Symptom Template Name: Section, where the list of Clinical Template Symptoms will be displayed.

Cloumns: Section where the symptom groups will be displayed, which may be organized in three columns.

Editing Screen

Where are the Templates configured in this screen used? 

When configuring an option, on the Clinical Evaluation screen.
