Description

Screen used to configure the clinical documentation options that will be available on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen.Allows the user to configure all the buttons to be used, during the patient's clinical evaluation. They will be displayed on the left side of the Advanced Progress Note screen. 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select patient from any section, of the Clinical Records screen. 
  • Once patient is selected, click on the Settings button, located on the screen toolbar.
  • Select the Side Bar Settings option.

Buttons

  • Save: Allows to store actions performed in screen. 
  • CloseAllows to close screen.


  • Use Group Configuration: Allows to use the group settings. 
  • Groups: Displays all groups to configured the Side Bar.


  • : Pressing this button, will delete the selected group, to return to the provider settings.
  • Filter: Section to filter by groups the items to be displayed, during the patient's clinical evaluation. 
  • Category: Displays the group created categories created to be displayed, on the Side Bar.


  • Items: Displays the items that are included in the selected category. Describes the different items (buttons) to be displayed below the selected category, on the Advanced Progress Note screen, in the Side Bar section. The provider will be able to configure the items of this section, according to the preference in which it wishes, the buttons are displayed either by personalized description, by age, type of age and gender. 


  • Available Items: Displays all of the available items that can be selected to be included on the Side Bar section. This column, indicates if a particular item is already included into a Side Bar category. Here are the available items (buttons), which can be added, displayed in the different categories.
