Description

Screen used to configure the workflow viewer monitor, create profile's custom location filters and sorting options.  


Access


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Office button and select the Workflow Viewer button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks option, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then press the Office button and select the Workflow Viewer button. 


Sections


Buttons

  • Add: Allows you to add a new screen for the patient flow of a center or office. 
  • Edit: Allows you to edit the selected patient flow screen.
  • Save: Allows to save the configuration of the patient flow screen. 
  • Cancel: Cancels all settings on the screen.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the selected patient flow screen.  
  • Previous: Allows to close the screen.

Title: Write the title of the created screen. 

Description: Type the description of the created screen (this option is required).

  • Include Location Counters: Selecting this option will display the evaluation rooms of the office or center. 
  • Include Arrival List: Selecting this option will display the Arrivals list on the patient flow screen.
