Description

Screen that allows you to select, filter and print patient clinical information. Among the clinical information included are: allergies, obstetrical information, diagnostics, vitals, immunizations, order results, procedures, medications, pediatric information and referrals.


Access


Through Clinical Records

  • In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button. 
  • Select a patient in any section of the screen. 
  • Then press the “Clinical Report” button, located at the top of the screen.

Through Advanced Progress Note 

  • Navigate to the “Advanced Progress Note” screen. 
  • Click on the “Clinical Report” button in the “Side Bar” section, located on the left side of the screen. 
  • Or, press the “Search” button, located at the top left of the screen and select the “Clinical Report” button.


Sections


Buttons

  • Print: Allows to print the selected report.
  • Delete: Allows to delete the created report.
  • Add: Create a custom summary report. (Select specific clinical areas to include, date ranges or status).
  • Edit: Edit saved reports.
  • Cancel: Cancels all changes made in report.
  • Save: Allows to store all changes made in screen.
  • Previous: Returns to previous screen.


Report Title: Description of created report. This is a required field.

Select All: Press this icon, to include in created report, all the clinical areas or press to un check, for user to select the areas to be added in report. 

  • Left Grid: Table that displays previously saved reports.
  • Right Grid: Displays the selected content and filters of the saved report.
