Description

Screen that allows you to select, filter and print clinical information of the patient. Among the clinical information included are: allergiesobstetrics information, diagnostics, vitals, vaccines, results of orders, proceduresmedications, pediatric information and referrals. 


Access


Through Clinical Records

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select a patient, from any section of screen. 
  • Then, click on the Clinical Report button, located at the top of screen.  

Through Advanced Progress Note 

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Clinical Report button on the left side of screen in the Side Bar section. 
  • Or click on the Search button, on the upper left side of screen, and select the Clinical Reports button. 


Sections


Buttons

  • Print: Allows to print the selected report.
  • Delete: Allows to delete the created report.
  • Add: Create a custom summary report. (Select specific clinical areas to include, date ranges or status).
  • Edit: Edit saved reports.
  • Cancel: Cancels all changes made in report.
  • Save: Allows to store all changes made in screen.
  • Previous: Returns to previous screen.


Report Title: Description of created report. This is a required field.

Select All: Press this icon, to include in created report, all the clinical areas or press to un check, for user to select the areas to be added in report. 

  • Left Grid: Table that displays previously saved reports.
  • Right Grid: Displays the selected content and filters of the saved report.
