• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Press a double click over the hour you wish to add a patient. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Write the patient's name in the Patient field. 


  • A name list will be displayed, according to the name and last names, related to the search. 
  • If it's a new patient, click on the Enter keyword, once name is written and then select the New Patient option.

  • If patient added has a record number, the Type field will be displayed automatically as Follow Up. 

  • If it's a new patient, the Type will be displayed as New Visit. 

  • To confirm the patients appointment, click on the Awaiting confirmation button and select the Confirm option. 

  • If patient cancels the appointment, select the Cancel Appointment option.

  • Once appointment is confirmed, click on the Save & Close button. 

  • The first checkmark will be automatically turned in green color in order to identify that patient confirmed the appointment.  

  • To indicate that patient has arrived at the office, select the Arrived At option. 

  • If it's a new patient, it must have a record number first, in order to enable the Arrived At field. 

  • The time of patients arrival, will be automatically displayed.

  • If patient left the office, select the Discharged At option. 

  • If it's a new patient, add a mobile number or any other number. 

  • User can add a note related to the appointment, in the Appointment Notes field. 

  • User can add a note related to the patient, in the Patient Note field.
