Description
Screen where the inventory of available vaccines in the medical office is added. The alerts, the vaccine detail and the documentation to be delivered are also edited.
Access
Through Settings
- From the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Immunizations button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Then press the Clinical button and select the Immunizations button.
Sections
Buttons
- Edit: It allows to edit the vaccines (neither the Code nor the Commercial Name will be allowed to be edited).
- Cancel: Allows to cancel any changes made.
- Save: Save the changes on screen.
- Previous: Closes screen.
Chart Sections
Vaccines: Area where the list of vaccines is shown.
- Office: Selection of the vaccine configuration, by office or center.
- All: Display of all vaccines.
- Available: Display of available vaccines, in the office or center, as configured.
- Include Non-Vaccines: Display of the universe of vaccines in general, including those that are not categorized as vaccines and are customized, by office or center.
Common Vaccines: Display the common or frequent adult or pediatric vaccines, as configured. Select the vaccine in the left column, press the right mouse button and then choose whether to add it to the common adult or pediatric vaccines section.
- Adults: Display of common or frequent adult vaccines, as configured.
- Pediatrics: Display of common or frequent pediatric vaccines, as configured.
Details: Section where the details related to the vaccine in terms of site where it is administered, route, quantity, dose and unit are configured. What is selected here will automatically appear, when the vaccine is selected, in the Immunizations screen in the clinical area.
- Alert Settings: Section where the specifications, indications and reactions of the vaccine are configured. What is configured in this section will appear in the Immunizations screen.
- Vaccine Information Statement: Section where the education document, which is given to the patient, is configured. This information that is configured in this section will be displayed in the vaccines file.
- Inventory Items: Section where the inventory of vaccines of the center or office is registered and maintained.
