Description
Screen created to create patient alerts when opening an upcoming progress note. These alerts are created so that the same user can view them when the patient returns for the next evaluation.
Access
Through Main Menu
- From the main menu, press the “Clinical” button.
- Choose the patient from any section in the “Clinical Records” screen.
- Once the patient is selected, press the “Settings” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the “New Alert” option in the “Patients Alerts” section.
Secciones
- Save: Allows to save the patient's alert.
- Close: Closes the screen.
- Provider / Groups: Section where you identify who will see the patient alert. When creating the alert, if you do not select any provider in this area, all providers who have permission to enter the clinical section will see the alert created.
- For: Allows you to select whether the alert is administrative or clinical.
- Description: Section where the user will write the description of the patient's alert.
