Description

Used to document anticipatory guidance provided to parents of pediatric patients.



Configuration

The screen includes a set of default entries but it can be modified by users. Users can right click on any screen section to add, edit or delete entries. It can also be modified in Settings/ Clinical / Developmental Milestones  and click on the Anticipatory Guidance button on the toolbar of the screen.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Anticipatory Guidance button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Anticipatory Guidance button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Anticipatory Guidance item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Anticipatory Guidance button.


Sections


Buttons 

  • Print: Allows to print the document anticipatory guidance provided to parents of pediatric patients.
  • Save: Allows to save the document anticipatory guidance provided to parents of pediatric patients.
  • Previous: Closes screen. 


  • Age category: Age groups.
  • Displayed charts: The different guides are displayed. This section is composed by three columns of the detail for the distribution of the guide.
