Description

Utilized for documenting the anticipatory guidance given to parents of pediatric patients.



Configuration

The screen comes with a set of default entries, which users can modify. By right-clicking on any section of the screen, users have the option to add, edit, or remove entries. Modifications can also be made by navigating to Settings > Clinical > Developmental Milestones and selecting the Anticipatory Guidance button on the screen's toolbar.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To access the Anticipatory Guidance, click its button on the Side Bar within the Progress Note screen. If the button is missing, go to the Settings on the Progress Note's toolbar, choose Side Bar Settings, and then drag the Anticipatory Guidance from the available items on the right into a Side Bar category on the lower left. Save the changes, and the Side Bar will update to display the button in the chosen category.Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Anticipatory Guidance option.


Sections


Buttons 

  • Print: Enables the printing of the anticipatory guidance document provided to parents of pediatric patients.
  • Save: Enables the saving of anticipatory guidance documents provided to parents of pediatric patients.
  • Previous: Closes screen. 


  • Age category: Age groups.
  • Displayed charts: The various guides are presented in this section, which is organized into three columns detailing the distribution of the guide.
