Description

Used to document the developmental milestones of pediatric patients.


Configuration

The screen is pre-set with default values for each age group, but users have the option to add or alter questions by right-clicking on the Questions table to insert new ones, or on an existing question to edit or remove it. Similarly, developmental milestones can be adjusted in the Settings module under Clinical / Developmental Milestones using the same methods.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To access the Developmental Milestones, click the corresponding button on the Side Bar within the Progress Note screen. If the button is missing: Click the Settings button on the Progress Note screen's toolbar, choose Side Bar Settings. Then, drag and drop the Developmental Milestones from the available items on the right into a category on the lower left of the Side Bar. Save the changes, and the Side Bar will update to display the button in the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Developmental Milestones option.

Buttons

  • Print:

  • Previous: Return to the previous screen.


Columns 

  • Age: List of age groups for which developmental measures are verified.
  • Category: List of categories to be evaluated. 
  • Question: The area displays all related questions from various categories, sorted according to the category selected.
  • Developmental Chart: Displays a scoring chart for each developmental category.
