Description

Used to document the developmental milestones of pediatric patients.


Configuration

The screen comes preconfigured with default value options for each age; however, users can add or modify the questions by right clicking on the Questions table to add new questions or on a specific question to modify or delete entries. The developmental milestones can also be modified via the settings module Settings / Clinical / Developmental Milestones by using the aforementioned method.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Developmental Milestones button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Developmental Milestones button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Developomental Milestones item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click on the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Developmental Milestones button.

  • Previous: Return to the previous screen.


Columns 

  • Age: List of ages group in which the development measures are verified. 
  • Category: List of categories to be evaluated. 
  • Question: Area where all associated questions of the different categories are displayed. Questions are displayed according to the selected category.
  • Developmental Chart: Displays a chart view of the scoring for each of the development categories.
