Opción #1
- Go to the main menu.
- Press the "Message Center" button.
- In the classic menu, press the "Messages" button, located at the top right of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the message with the patient's CCDA. Then press the "CCDA" button, located at the bottom of the screen.
- Automatically, the "Clinical Summary Reconciliation" screen, will be displayed.
- Search for the patient you want to reconcile the clinical summary, by pressing the "Search" button, at the top right of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient. Once selected, press the "Import" button, located at the top of the screen.
- Automatically, the "Summary Reconciliation" screen, will be displayed.
- If it is referred from a provider, select the "Is from Referral" box and then select the provider, in the field next to it.
- Select the allergies, medications, and diagnoses you want to reconcile. (Provider will only be able to select those, that are not identified as already existing, in the patient's record.)
- Once selected, press the "Reconcile" button, located at the top of the screen.
- The confirmation screen will be displayed. If you want to proceed with the reconciliation, press the "Confirm" button, located at the top of the screen.
- Automatically, the message will be displayed, at the top of the screen, that the information was successfully reconciled.
Opción #2
- Click on the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen and selecting the "Messages" option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the message with the patient's CCDA. Then press the "CCDA" button, located at the bottom of the screen.
- Automatically, the "Clinical Summary Reconciliation" screen, will be displayed.
- Search for the patient you want to reconcile the clinical summary, by pressing the "Search" button, at the top right of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient. Once selected, press the "Import" button, located at the top of the screen.
- Automatically, the "Summary Reconciliation" screen, will be displayed.
- If it is referred from a provider, select the "Is from Referral" box and then select the provider in the field next to it.

- Once selected, press the "Reconcile" button, located at the top of the screen.
