This service allows the sending of text messages to the patient, for the confirmation of their appointment. Text messages can be configured through personalized messages, according to the preference and need of the office. In the same way, you can select for the type of appointment you want the message to be sent, reminding the patient. (This is configured, on the "Appointments Settings / Appointment Types" screen.)

What to do for the activation of the service?

The provider should contact our service department, at 787-625-0440, to activate the text message service, in order to confirm their patients appointments.
