Description

Shows the summary of the treatment given to the patient and the detail of the information that must be delivered, including educational information, medication orders and laboratories. (The patient must have an associated encounter, with the selected appointment.)


Access


Through Main Menu

  • In the main menu, press the "Appointments" button.
  • Select the patient you want to view the orders.
  • Once selected, press the "View Orders" button, located at the top of the screen and select the "View Summary" option. (The patient must have a closed meeting, associated with the appointment.)

Through QuickLinks

  • Press the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the "Appointments" option. Select the patient you want to view the orders.
  • Once selected, press the "View Orders" button, located at the top of the screen and select the "View Summary" option. (The patient must have a closed encounter, associated with the appointment.)
  • Or select the "Patients" option and then press the "Appointments" button.
  • Once on the "Appointments" screen, select the patient you want to view the orders.
  • Then press the "View Orders" button and select the "View Summary" option. (The patient must have a closed meeting, associated with the appointment.)

Through Patients

  • In the main menu, press the "Patients" button.
  • On the "Patients" screen, press the "Appointments" button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the patient you want to view the orders.
  • Once selected, press the "View Orders" button, located at the top of the screen and select the "View Summary" option. (The patient must have a closed encounter, associated with the appointment.)

Through Workflow

  • On the "Workflow" screen, press the "Workflow Items" tab.
  • Select the patient. Once selected, press a right click of the "mouse" and select the "View Summary" option. (The patient must have a closed encounter, associated with the appointment.)


Sections


Bellboy

  • Print: When pressed, all the selected documents are printed, in the "Handouts" section.
  • Cancel: Close the screen.
  • Next Appointment / Plan: In this section, the information of the plan to follow is displayed, for the speedy recovery of the patient.
  • Handouts (Rx, Educations, Lab): The documents that must be delivered to the patient are displayed.
    • View: When pressed, displays the detail of the selected document.


  • Services: The procedure and diagnosis that the provider selected, will be displayed, to close the meeting.
  • Details: By pressing the "View" button, located in the "Handouts" section, you will be able to see the detail of each selected order.
